Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d)
For our Base Maintenance Station Tbilisi, Georgia we are looking to fill the following position as of now: Aircraft
Mechanic (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Performing planned and unplanned maintenance works concerning Airframe/Engine
Independent installing of parts on assemblies according to technical drawings and work instructions
Assembly work and functional tests according to regulations
Sifting through unscheduled maintenance work
Carrying out repairs in the area of the aircraft cell, on structural components (metal or fiber composite)
Proper documentation of all maintenance work
Your profile
Experienced in the Line and Base maintenance of civil aircrafts and their engines
Finished apprenticeship as aircraft mechanic / builder or similar or several years of experience in these areas
Meeting the requirements for a background check in accordance with TBS
Knowledge and experience with constructor documentation (AMM and IPC)
Good IT knowledge, skills in Maintenance software Wings preferred
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Driver's License Class B
Confident decision making and communication skills
Readiness for shift duty, ability to work in a team, flexibility

Certifying Staff B1 Line Maintenance (m/f/d)

For our Line Maintenance Station Liège, Tbilisi we are looking to fill the following position as of now: Certifying
Staff B1 Line Maintenance (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Carry out all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on customer aircraft (B747)
Troubleshooting and repair of aircraft systems
Carry out modifications a re-inspection as deemed necessary by the OEM or applicable aviation authority
Supervise shift members (mechanics and CAT A staff)
Liaise with flight crew and customer maintenance control about the status of aircraft
Correct documentation of all maintenance tasks.
Your profile
Completed apprenticeship or training as aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder or related training
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance of large civil aviation aircraft and their engines
EASA certification as CFS CAT B1 for B747-4 with PW4000 and CF6 with at least 100 Days of practical
experience over the last 2 years
Knowledge and experience with manufactures and aircraft documentation such as AMM and IPC
Very good knowledge of aviation regulations (LBA, EASE, FAA)
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WINGS and AMOS)

For our base maintenance stations, we are looking to fill in following position as of now: Composite
Technician (m/f/d)

 Your tasks

Sealing of structural parts
Grinding tasks
Dismounting and installing of components
Performing repairs on structural components of metal and fiber-composite material
Tool and material preparation including compiling maintenance documentation

Your profile

Completed apprenticeship or training as a composite technician or a related training and experience
Several years of experience as a composite technician preferably in the aviation industry
Meeting the requirements for a background check in accordance with TBS
Good computer and EDP skills

Good English skills, both written and spoken
Driver's License Class B
Confident decision making and communication skills
Manual dexterity
Readiness for team-oriented collaboration
Readiness for travel and shift duty
Great ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a conscientious, proactive work approach
